His résumé includes sets for global brands like Gatorade, McDonald’s, Puma, and Live Nation, and he’s headlined VIP pre-parties for icons like Madonna, Ricky Martin, One Direction, and KISS. From spinning at events for NFL and NHL pros like Matt Forte and Chris Chelios to collaborating with elite planners, DJ D. Jones brings high-level energy, style, and precision wherever he goes.

Known for his signature open-format style, DJ D. Jones blends music curation with a deep understanding of luxury events. Whether he’s spinning at a black-tie wedding in Chicago or a beachfront reception in Mexico, his sets are cinematic, intentional, and elevated. Perry Donta’e is the heartbeat of Spark Entertainment Group’s live performance experience. As the official Music Director, he’s brought his signature energy and artistic vision to over 100+ high-end weddings and private events across the country. Perry is the drummer behind Spark’s game-changing DJ + Live Drummer hybrid experience — a dynamic blend of live percussion and real-time DJ sets that transforms any event into a cinematic, immersive party. His freestyle drumming is next-level: precise, explosive, and completely in sync with every drop and transition. Clients often describe him as “a machine… spinning his sticks with nonstop energy,” and he’s become a staple in Spark’s most requested performance packages alongside DJ D. Jones since 2016.

Beyond the weddings and galas, Perry’s performance résumé is stacked. He spent two seasons on America’s Got Talent as the founder and director of the Pack Drumline, and later held a residency at the Luxor in Las Vegas with his same crew — proving his ability to captivate stadiums and Vegas crowds alike. He’s also rocked high-profile stages with professional sports teams, bringing pulse-pounding rhythm to halftime shows and fan events.
